A Fully Equipped Facility To Provide Precision Machines
LEXON Winders is based entirely out of Pune, Maharashtra. LEXON provides sales and service support from its factory and office located on Sinhagad Road, Pune.The Facility consists of the latest 4 axis Vertical Milling Centres for manufacturing of scroll cams, dynamic balancing machine and CNC turning centres. LEXON also has a captive Laser cutting and CNC bending facility for immaculate sheet metal work. A fully equipped Quality Control department is also housed in this setup for inward and in-process component inspection. LEXON also has an in-house Converting Rewinding facility for Cable Binder Yarns. These Yarns are converted by LEXON primarily for Telephone and Data Cable companies to bind the strands and the core of Optic Fibre Cables.
